My Daughter 9.5 Yrs Old And 45.5kg Had Very High

My daughter 9.5 yrs old and 45.5kg had very high feverday b4 yesterday. 104●. Doc said wait n watch n give crocin/mephthal p as no other symptoms were visible but now she has a sore throat n difficulty swallowing with pain. Doc is unreachable. What antibiotic shld i give her? She is mildly asthmatic...childhood asthma but needs inhalers only during seasonal changes if she falls sick. Otherwise no other problems
