My Daughter 9yrs Old Is Down With Fever (2.5 Degrees)

My daughter 9yrs old is down with fever (2.5 degrees) since the past 2 days... I've been giving her crocin, and antibiotics as her tonsils are swollen... Yesterday her fever was between 100 -101 degrees... Today morning it was between 99-100 ...I was relieved that it has come under control but at the moment it has risen to 102... What should I do
