My Daughter Celine Has Been Ill For A Couple Of

My daughter Celine has been ill for a couple of days. She has a headache and a stomach ache,on the tip of her tongue she has a cold sore and her right eye waters quite alot she has just been drinking plenty of water because when she eats she vomits and because of that she hasn't eaten in 2days we have been to see her GP and they gave paracetamol which isn't working. what does she have? What is wrong with her?
