My Daughter Lily Died Last Year The Night Before My

My daughter Lily died last year the night before my birthday. 4 months ago I started having nightmares about it every night and now I keep having these blackouts. I see everything exactly as it happened that night and now I keep waking up outside swimming in sweat with a pounding headache. Am I being punished for failing to save her? I'm tormented by the fact that I couldn't save her. Will this just keep getting worse until my mind finally just gives out?
