My Daughter, A Sophomore In College, Just Had Her Well

My daughter, a sophomore in college, just had her well visit and blood work up done. 5 years ago she had a virus that attacked her thyroid gland and completely shut it off. Endocrinologist put her on Levothyroxin for 6 months and her thyroid kicked started again and came off meds. Since then I felt she has never regained her energy level. Gained a little weight over the 5 years to the point that she needed to be aware and not let it get out of hand. I say all of this to give a history to lead up to this question. Her recent blood work (07-20-15) shows her Basophils, eosinophils, and her Absolute Monocytes to be on the very low side of the "normal range". She was sick last year at college more than she ever has and wondered if I should be concerned.
