My Daughter Age 12 Has Had 3rd Time Urinary Infection

My daughter age 12 has had 3rd time urinary infection each time she had been given 14days course of antibiotics n anti fungals but this time the dr has prescribed monurol sachet n clingen vaginal tabs.Her USG whole abdomen shows presence of Proteus n PVR is 22cc.I want to ask is it safe for a 12yr old child to have monurol sachet n what if her symptoms still persists
