My Daughter Age 14 Is Having Migraines. They Have Increased

My daughter age 14 is having migraines. They have increased and she has been in bed all day today. She is now on her 2nd migraine for the day. She has not been able to attend school much in the past two months. I am worried that the migraines are now rebound migraines. She has been to a Neurologist and was prescribed rizatriptan for pain and amitriptylin 25 mg. After 4 weeks discontinued amitriptylin since it didn't help at all. The best thing she takes for pain is 2 advils and 2 benadryls and then she would sleep for 4 hrs. Most of the time that works but today she is on migraine #2. She experiences auras such as numbness around mouth, tongue, hands, sometimes leg and feet. She also will see stars sometimes. Most all the time her migraines will start first thing in the morning when she wakes up. I am not sure if she still does this but when she was little she would grind her teeth. Could this be a nerve issue? Any help would be appreciated!
