My Daughter, Age 32, Has Been Throwing Up, Having Diarrhea,

My daughter, age 32, has been throwing up, having diarrhea, is shivering but doesn't seem to have a fever. She took a bath and is now covered in a rash. She didn't know if it was from using a different soap, but thought she had used it before. Just wondering if this could be anything we should be really concerned about?
