My Daughter (age 8yrs) Got Bald Like Patch On Back

My daughter (age 8yrs) got bald like patch on back side of her head. This is second time for her to get this problem. We consulted doctor. She dint say what the problem,but adviced Betnesolforte tablets(twice a week),Momate lotion(morning) and Taerozefont ointment(night). She is saying "no problem". I am so scared. I want to know the problem and also about the medication. Please help me out
