My daughter age 9 years and 9.months..she is having blocked nose.mild cough.and she spits in morning ...phelgum...I have given her 5ml brufen syrup in night...now what else she should be treated with....should I add desloratidine..it is 5 ml..once a day..strength is .5 mg/ml..
