My Daughter And Her Husband Have Both Been Ill Over

My daughter and her husband have both been ill over the last few months. She gets stomach pains, has night sweats about 4 times per week, and although she is known to have allergies, they have no pets. She is 28 and Nate is 27 years old. He has been having difficulty sleeping, gets sinus infections and upper respiratory infections and most recently a urinary tract infection which he never had before. They both had complete blood workups, kidney tests, STD tests even though they have been monogamous for several years. They live in an old home with possible mold in the walls. They have a dirt floor in part of their basement and the Bark River is in their back yard. Should they have a professional environmental air quality test done or is there something else that they should be aware of?
