My Daughter Called Me Over Said She Passed A Clot

My daughter called me over said she passed a clot and it hurt come out, I scooped it out of toilet, put in a clear zip lock bag. It was a tampon no string, it had dried brown blood all over it. She was light headed and vomited 2 days ago, also her period was 2 wks late, took a pregnancy test, negative, and wore a tampon today and yesterday. She doesn't know how long the other tampon was inside her.
