My Daughter Came Home With What Looked Like A Red

My daughter came home with what looked like a red rash. It's at the trunk of her body and spread from the left to the right side. Some of it is a little raised but not like a blister. She states it itches but doesn't seem to itch much at all. It was worse last night but better this morning but went from just her truck last night to arm pits and inner arms.
