My Daughter Developed What Seems To Be A Dotted Bruising

My daughter developed what seems to be a dotted bruising pattern around her mouth. At first i thought it was berry juice but it did not wash off with mild soap and a wash cloth. She denies pain. It is not raised or warm. She was not sucking or licking. I am at a loss as to what this is. Should i take her to the doctor?
