My Daughter Dropped A Phone On Newborn I Never Thought

My daughter dropped a phone on newborn I never thought any thing of it as she cried but was fine after now I noticed she keeps being sick and a dent on 1 side of her head near temple I don't know if it is all related it happens about 2 weeks ago but only now noticed the dent which is causing me to over think any panicking is the dent normal or should I still go to my gp
