My Daughter Dx At 29 With Dilated Cardiomyoapathy. She Would

My daughter dx at 29 with dilated cardiomyoapathy. She would be ok, start using meth and alcohol and back into hospital. She is 36 yrs old and EF went from 15 to 48 in 2 yrs . Then started using meth and alchol again. She went to hospital EF 15 and did serious damage to heart. Was told if keeps drinking will only live for one year. Is this probable prognosis?
