My Daughter Fell And Scraped Her Hip About 3 Months

My daughter fell and scraped her hip about 3 months ago. Nothing deep just top surface scrape from the road. Anywho it healed fine and you could see her white scar. Well today I noticed she had white bumps along the scar nothing painful but just out of the blue. I don't remember ever having this as a child or seeing it in anyone else. Just curious what it is.
