My daughter got scratched right under the tear duct of her eye by our neighbors dog. It did bleed a little bit when it first happen and is still a little swollen. I cleaned it out with warm water but now a little concerned because she has a little bit of a milky discharge. Which is common in all my family on a regular. Should I be worried and take her to the doctor or just keep cleaning it out
