My Daughter Had CVA 17 Years Ago...developed Seizures 11 Years

My daughter had CVA 17 years ago...developed seizures 11 years ago...treated with Trileptal 450 x4 Lamictal 200 x2 a day. No seizures for 11 yrs then one yr ago grand mal brought on by low sodium (123) find for over a year. Had a mild blanking out episode in July another in Sept. Just increased her lamictal to the 200 level. Had a another major seizure during her sleep last Sunday. Went to new neurologist and was put on Vimpressor Spelling?? She had two doses and got so dizzy she couldn't function, now doctor wants to use Keppra..I have concerns about these meds
