My Daughter Had Nephrotic Syndrome And Was On Omnacortil For

My daughter had Nephrotic Syndrome and was on Omnacortil for 6 weeks. Twice a day. Her 6 weeks got finished 3 days back and we have reduced her dosage to once in 2 days. Today is the third day and she is a little feverish today and felt pukish but haven’t vomited as yet. She went for a birthday party today and had cake and pizza and popcorns there today. Is it fine to catch fever (around 99.4 as if now). Could this happen because we reduced the dosage of omnacortil?
