My Daughter Had A HIDA Test That Resulted In Low

My daughter had a HIDA test that resulted in low bile excretion of her gallbladder - 21%. She has been having pain after she eats for about a year. She is back at college now, across the country far, and has a 101 fever tonight, slight headache, no tenderness in stomach area and pain subsided to pain level of two after drinking diluted apple cider vinegar. Should she take Tylenol for the fever and go to Health Services in the morning?
