My Daughter Had A Benign Tumor Removed From Her Skull

My daughter had a benign tumor removed from her skull that was sitting on a facial nerve. I understand that the surgery required them to lift her brain out of the way. This was on the left side of her face. She is left handed. I think she has had a personality change. Is this from the surgery?
