My Daughter Had A Low Grade Fever Between 99.5 And

My daughter had a low grade fever between 99.5 and 100.3 on Monday, and lasted no more then 8 hrs. She was all good all day Tuesday, but late Tuesday night her fever reappeared and has been ongoing for the past 12 hours between 99.5 to 102.4. She was briefly saying her eyes hurt when she shut them. But some of the eye pain has gone away. She does have a cough and nasal congestion. What to do next?
