My Daughter Had A Stroke At Birth. We Have Been

My daughter had a stroke at birth. We have been doing physio and occupational therapy since she was born. Shes now 2 years and 3 months old. She supinates (curves inwards) her right foot as a result of the stroke when she walks. 6 months ago, the hospital made her a custom night AFO that we try to make her wear during the day as well, this helps keep her foot straight, BUT she still supinates her whole leg even when she's wearing the AFO which is making me concerned that the problem is not with her foot only. What could be the reasons for that and who should we see since we are having a lot of contradicting information from doctors. She had a Hip X-ray recently and the Orthopedic Doctor told us her hip is fine. She definitely has weak leg muscles in her upper thighs (back and front) due to the stroke, could she be compensating for the weakness in those muscles by supinating her leg? What is recommended is this case? I am totally lost.
