My Daughter Had An Accident Where A Toy Hit Her

My daughter had an accident where a toy hit her eye very hard. We went to the peditrians about a week and a half ago and they out the eye drops in and used a black light to check for scraps or scratches on the eye. She had none. She has a lump under her eye lid that hasn't gone away. But the swelling stop awhile ago. She doesn't seem to be in pain and when we touch it she doesn't seem to be in pain either just more irrated that we are trying to see what it is. ( she's 2).
My question is, should we be worried? There is no redness to her eye, no goopy eye either. Just that lump.
