My Daughter Had Her 6th Birthday Yesterday And Today She

My daughter had her 6th birthday yesterday and today she has a temp of 102 and complaining about her tummy hurting. she just got over an eye infection a week ago and a cold the week before. when should I get nervous enough to take her back to the Dr.? I gave her a dose of acetohpetomin at 9am and again at 1. it seemed to help reduce the fever but it climes back up after a few hours.
