My Daughter Had Her Tonsils Out On 1/12 And Went

My daughter had her tonsils out on 1/12 and went back to Uni Jan 11. Since returning she's had a few nose bleeds, she face timed today during one and it appeared quite heavy.

I am going to call our consultant tomorrow but is this normal or common?
