My Daughter Had Laparoscopic Gallbladder Surgery Today And Was Released

My daughter had laparoscopic gallbladder surgery today and was released less than an hour post op. She just told me that she fainted earlier (once she was home). She says she literally slumped over and fainted. I told her I thought it was because of the anesthesia a few hours earlier. Is that right or should I have her contact her surgeon?
