My Daughter Has Reactive Airway Disease. She Currently Has Some

My daughter has Reactive Airway disease. She currently has some congestion and has complained of a sore throat. However, the symptom that I am concerned with is that she says that her lungs feel like they are twitching especially during exertion (swimming practice).
