My Daughter Has A Blind Pimple In Her Nose, Right

My daughter has a blind pimple in her nose, right at the entrance, on the "floor" of her nose. It has a clearish yellow scab crust on it. Today, from her cheekbones to her chin is completely swollen to the point her speech is affected and the inner part of her lip is visible. Do we head to the doctor or call it puberty?
