My Daughter Has A Few Moles On Her Arms And

My daughter has a few moles on her arms and legs, mostly very small more freckle like rather than raised. Recently a few have started to become inflamed and as she describes it 'burst'. She tells me she hasn't done anything to them herself but there are now at least 4 that this has happened to - they look like small cuts/scratches then heal fairly normally.
