My Daughter Has A High Fever That Doesn't Seem To

My daughter has a high fever that doesn't seem to be lowering after giving her tylonol 2 hours ago. She says her lips feel numb. She is alert however but says she feels weird. Her throat is soar. She has been eating and drinking fluids but her taste buds are off.
