My Daughter Has A History Of Spina Bifida And Siezures.

My daughter has a history of spina bifida and siezures. She is on Keppra. Her history is grand mal but now the new ones are more like she smells a smell and then throws up. Its happening often. Its a guessing game almost she is on one medication called macrobid (long term) could it be that medication possibly instead of siezures?
