My Daughter Has A Pain On Her Left Front Side

My daughter has a pain on her left front side rib cage area. Under breast. She said it feels bruised and she feels nauseous when breathing in. She is 16 years old. She hasn't done anything to hurt herself... Maybe pilates 3/4 days ago. Doesn't hurt if she wraps it.
