My Daughter Has A Red And White Bump On Her

My daughter has a red and white bump on her inner thigh, bag blamed it last night and it looks like it has popped or has a hole in the middle of it now. Today there is a larger red ring around it about 3" circle. The red circle is a bit painful. She has had maluscum in the passed on the back of her neck but no red rings.
