My Daughter Has A Very Low Blood Count, Which Came

My daughter has a very low blood count, which came down to 2400 after a recent viral fever episode. She has often complained about breathlessness and is frequently tired. Her wbc has, traditionally, remained low. Please advise. On all other counts she's a normal, healthy 14-year-old teenager.
