My Daughter Has Acne Condition And Unfortunately She Picks At

My daughter has acne condition and unfortunately she picks at it....its on her shoulders as well and I am looking for treatment. I am making an appt for her to see a dermatologist but is there anything at home we can do for her besides proactive and other products? They don't seem to help much. Thx in advance.
