My Daughter Has Allows Had Cold, Red, Purple Clammy Hands

My daughter has allows had cold, red, purple clammy hands and feet. She doesn't have tingling or numbness but thinks her sensitivity is low in her fingers and toes. She is 16 and doesn't remember a time not having this. Hands and feet are noticably red and clammy and cold.
