My Daughter Has An Ear Infection, An Upper Respiratory Infection,

My daughter has an ear infection, an upper respiratory infection, and also a ring type rash on the outside of the ear. My chiropractor said it looked like ringworm, but I'm not sure if it is that or impetigo. My chiropractor gave me some colloidal silver for it... Today I noticed that it basically has a pulse, and gets darker and lighter with the pulse...and suggestions? It seems to be drying up and crusting over. Just curious if there is anything else I should be doing. She is 4
