My Daughter Has Been Coughing And Congested For About A

My daughter has been coughing and congested for about a month. She started with laryngitis last Thursday. We called for a consult and got a prescription for Tessla pills for cough, Zyrtec D and mucinex. She is also taking ibuprofen and drinking hot tea with honey and lemon. She is still not better. Do you think she may need an antibiotic or maybe a steroid. She is student teacher and is going on job interviews. Thanks,
