My Daughter Has Been Diagnosed With Hepatitis C And Cirosis

My daughter has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C and cirosis of the liver. Her stomach looks like she is 9 months pregnant, her legs and feet are swollen. She was released from the hospital with no plan of action, except to cut down her slat intake and limit her consumption of liquids. What is the treatment for this?
