My Daughter Has Been Diagnosed With Celiac Disease, Neuropathy Has

My daughter has been diagnosed with celiac disease, neuropathy has had several UTI's since she was around 2 years old. She is now 14. She had ureteral re-implantation about a year and half ago. She has had 3 UTI's since then. She has swollen labia area. Her left kidney functions at 17% due to damage from the UTI's. She has constant pain in her kidney area going down to her "girl parts". Sometimes says it feels like a scraping, other times feels like a tampon is in but not all the way. She has light-headed/dizzy spells, or as she says, "feels like I'm on a boat". She has had follow-ups with her urologist, sonograms performed of her kidneys and nothing is out of the ordinary. She will be seeing a Nephrologist December 8th, but I feel helpless and don't know where else or who else to turn to if this appt shows nothing as well. She is a normal teenage girl, she's a cheerleader and is involved in theater. She is overweight and has problems with being constipated. Any ideas?
