My Daughter Has Been Dilated At A 3 With 20%

My daughter has been dilated at a 3 with 20% effacement for the last 3 months (she is currently 38-4). During her visit she was told that her cervix has started to harden. What causes this? Also, she has the PUPP rash and now has tiny blood blisters. She is going for a blood test and a non-stress test today, with possible induction on Monday. Can you give a little insight into this?
