My Daughter Has Been Having Creamy Poo Explosions For The

My daughter has been having creamy poo explosions for the last 4 days. This morning woke up with vomit throughout her bed. Has no temp - send a doctor few days ago said she was fine but her poos are still the same. Not sure if should put it down to teething but is not grizzly or anything. After her explosion her bottom cheeks are red raw. Have been giving her longer in a warm bubble bath with baby sensitive bath products.
