My Daughter Has Been Having Low Heart Rate At Rest.

My daughter has been having low heart rate at rest. She has many health problems after thyroid failure and developing diabetes. She just had twins a year and a half ago. Her health is worsening and the heart rate getting lower is perplexing. A friend said to see about Pott's (?) disease but I can't find info. I know my son's tutor and her daughter had a very bad case of this type of disease which basically involved homeostatic screwup with blood pressure and heart rate doing odd things so badly that they would vomit and become incapacitated regularly.
