My Daughter Has Been In The Hospital For 3 Weeks

My daughter has been in the hospital for 3 weeks and was just realeased and we still don't have answers. Her symptoms were sever joint pains, than she had problems breathing (they told her she had developed periconditis)the breathing is better, then she developed a migraine and started having seizure/stroke like symptoms (eye twitching, mouth twisting, leg stiffining and now muscles locking), it got so bad she was intubated. Is there a disease that could cause all these symptoms or we looking at more than one problem?
