My Daughter Has Been Seen By A Dr At A

My daughter has been seen by a Dr at a hospital today that she has concussion and it can continue for at least two weeks or more she has headaches and pains in her neck she is not to do any sports at school do you think I should send her to school for the rest of the week or would it better to keep her at home to to the concussion ?
