My Daughter Has Been Seen In ER Twice And Family

My daughter has been seen in ER twice and family MD once in the last week with symptoms of sudden onset right flank pain just under the ribs, nausea and vomiting.
First day fever 101.4, chills and sweats stopped after first day. CT negative, ultrasound small ovarian cyst ,urine negative, labs significant for initial WBC 9.3, 2 days later 3.2, and now found AST of 93. We got an appointment with GI MD for Tuesday. Any idea what it could be and should I wait or get her back to hospital?
