My Daughter Has Been Sick With A Kidney Infection Called

My daughter has been sick with a kidney infection called Pyelonephritis she has had temps range from 100.5 to 103.9.. I took her to the ER the other nite and that is how I found out she had it, they gave her antibiotic pills and pain meds n anti nausea meds, however she could not keep the meds down so I took her to her primary today, he gave her a shot, and rectal anti nausea meds, along with IBprophen. Her fever I think may have broke for now, but her temp is now 96.5 atm is that normal???
