My Daughter Has Been Suffering With Burning Sensation Under Traspezoid

My daughter has been suffering with burning sensation under traspezoid and it is continuous all day long she uses a tens machine and lys on heating pad for relief The Doctor put her on Neurotin at nite so she can sleep. She is in a lot of pain and no doctor has giv3en her a diagnosis or found out why she is hurting.
